City in SW Iran to Host Imam Sajjad (AS) Int’l Congress
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Imam Sajjad (AS) international congress will be held in the city of Gotvand, Iran’s southwestern province of Khuzestan, on Friday.
Knowing and countering enemy in view of Imam Sajjad’s (AS) Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh is the theme of the event.
The city’s Imam Hassan Mojtaba (AS) will host the congress.
Imam Sajjad (AS) is the 4th Shia Imam and the son of Imam Hussein (AS).
Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh is a collection of 54 supplications of Imam Sajjad (AS).
It is known as the Zabur of Al-e Muhammad (AS) and contains themes varying from theology to ethics, prayers and the status of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS).
